We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operation Manager to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Job Overview:
As the Hotel Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotels and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth and efficient running of the hotel, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of department heads and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure that all guest complaints and concerns are addressed promptly and resolved to their satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality for hotel supplies.
• Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within the allocated budget.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and following hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
