Assistant Housekeeping Manager - Savoy Sharm Group
Job Description

Main Duties:

- Check that all the sub master keys are returned to the order taker
- Check staff personal appearance
- Handle guest requests
- Maintain an accurate logbook
- Report any Lost & Found items to housekeeping office
- Co-ordinate with the front office
- Check discrepancy rooms personally
- To be sure that DND rooms not served by morning shift are cleaned up
- Check cleanliness of all room areas
- Report c/o rooms after cleaning them to FO
- Check VIP rooms and suites
- Check rooms for turn down service
- Follow up public area cleaners to ensure work is done
- Check the floors and make sure that all areas are cleaned
- Collect keys against signature from afternoon staff
- Hand over the shift to night shift and write down everything in the logbook and assign any special work needed
- Clean the housekeeping office and lock the housekeeping office and linen room
- The Employee shall adhere to all the standards of the department, including uniform & grooming standards.
- The Employee shall not at any time during the term of this agreement or thereafter disclose to any person any information related to the affairs of the Employer or any of its customers.
