- Follow-up on queries and complaints, discuss with Line Manager and issue monthly report.
- Assist clients regarding the system process on logging job requests if required
- Call in contractors where necessary to quote on jobs outside of FM Team’s Scope
- Highlight services with additional costs for discussion with Line Manager for approval
- If required view CCTV Footage and compile report for client when required
- Adhere to all reasonable instructions given by manager.
- Comply with company policy.
- Adhere to Health and safety policy and procedure for both Honeywell client and CBRE.
- Be available for the client afterhours and on weekend where applicable and within reason.
- Manage leave as per CBRE policy.
- Stand in for any position within the account scope of work when needed, e.g., Switchboard/reception/mail room etc.

- Reporting of min of 2 hazard/near miss per month in the QHSE portal

- Ensure all Contractors HSSE Documents have been completed
- Ensure that Work Permit has been issued, before any work commences and according to H&S Policy
- Make sure all suppliers/contractors on site have completed H&S induction and their H&S Documents are in place
Meeting Room Management
- Ensure that the meeting rooms are clean and tidy before the next meeting.
- Ensure that the required equipment and furniture is available and in working order (15-30mins) before the meeting commence.

Building Maintenance
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections together with maintenance team.
- Compiling of fault lists and action plan to discuss with line manager.
- Ensure that all service reports/certificates are issued after the maintenance/service has taken place and discuss with line manager.
