We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, including air compressors, inverters, material handling equipment, and forklifts, to potential clients. Building strong relationships and achieving sales targets are key aspects of this role. We are looking for a professional individual who is passionate about sales and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential clients and actively reach out to them to promote our products
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Actively participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and client needs
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Visit potential customers to create awareness of products
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA / BE)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes
