Job Overview:
As the Environmental Engineering Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the environmental engineering department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will oversee a team of environmental engineers and technicians, provide technical guidance, and maintain relationships with clients. Your role will also involve project management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the environmental engineering department, including supervising a team of engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team on environmental engineering projects.
• Oversee the preparation of proposals, reports, and other project deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
• Maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits as needed.
• Keep updated with industry developments and advancements in environmental engineering.
• other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in environmental engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Proven experience in project management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
