Job Overview:
As a Product Certification Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the certification process of construction products, ensuring they comply with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate certification of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product certification process, including documentation, testing, and evaluation.
- Review product specifications and test reports to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the certification process and address any concerns or queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely certification of products.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members involved in the certification process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product certification, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
