Position Overview:

AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD, a leading industrial and manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team. The Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Identify potential customers and their needs, and provide appropriate product solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase products and generate leads
- Collaborate with other team members to develop sales strategies and enhance customer experience
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus)
