As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers through phone calls and promoting our products and services. Your ultimate goal will be to increase sales and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls
- Provide information to customers about product features, prices, and benefits
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitch accordingly
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Keep detailed records of calls and sales made
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Any other duties assigned by the sales manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in [Insert languages required]
- Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is preferred
