Qureos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive growth for our company. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team and individual team members
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
