Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide administrative support to our executive team and assist with various office tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, and reports
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel
- Order, monitor and maintain supplies and equipment
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Liaise with other departments and external partners as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
