Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of real estate projects, from conception to completion.

• Collaborate with the development team to establish project goals and timelines.

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for new projects.

• Negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and other partners.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.

• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia.

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.

• Proven experience in budget management and cost control.

• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
