Position Overview:
The Manager - Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing and governing the infrastructure planning, coordination, and orchestration of infrastructure intake and demand. This role serves as a key focal point between software centers and business units, ensuring seamless integration and execution of new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure intake planning and governance processes.
- Coordinate and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between software centers and business units for new project initiatives.
- Oversee the entire IT system lifecycle, including infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and vendor relationships to optimize infrastructure investments.
- Solve complex infrastructure-related issues and provide technical leadership to the team.
- Oversee data center management, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
