Role Overview:
As a Client Solutions Coordinator, you will join our team to enhance client engagement through creative content. You will be the creative liaison for our clients, responsible for developing engaging content and visuals that meet their needs and project objectives. You will use Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and other CAD tools to produce high-quality materials. Additionally, you will manage communication and analysis with clients to ensure their requirements are clearly understood and met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce engaging content and visual materials tailored to client needs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and CAD tools to create high-quality deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication and gathering detailed requirements.
- Analyze client feedback and project data to refine content and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Manage and track project progress, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
- Provide creative solutions and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all content produced.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and design using Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and ability to handle diverse projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
