The Strategic Associate supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence through project management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning Support:
    • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans that align with organizational goals, conducting research to inform decision-making.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage strategic projects, developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations through reports and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and report on the performance of strategic initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement enhancements within the strategic development function, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or strategic management; relevant certifications (e.g., project management, process improvement) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in strategic planning, project management, or business development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with market research tools.
