Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for the company. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to promote our products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for business growth.
• Proactively seek out and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Continuously update and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in the cleaning or hygiene industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license.
