Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods by closely following recipes and production schedules.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
• Train and supervise junior staff members in baking techniques and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other culinary team members to create new and innovative menu items.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Take part in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal offerings.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely service to guests.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal culinary training or relevant work experience as a Baker Chef.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
