Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial strategies across all entities under the group.
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for each entity.
- Collaborate with department heads across the companies to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Consolidation and Reporting:
- Prepare consolidated financial reports for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for all entities are delivered on time.
- Analyze financial performance and provide reports to the Group CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.

Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
- Monitor group-wide cash flow, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across entities.
- Manage banking relationships, including loans, credit lines, and other financial instruments for the group.

Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls, identifying and mitigating financial risks across the group.
- Work with external auditors and oversee the audit process for all entities.

Shared Service Optimization:
- Ensure the shared finance department functions effectively and efficiently for all entities.
- Streamline processes, enhance financial software utilization, and implement best practices across the group.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to optimize shared service functions and technology solutions.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team within the shared service model, ensuring high performance across the department.
- Manage the allocation of finance resources to meet the needs of all companies.

Strategic Advisory:
- Provide financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate actions.
