Key Responsibilities:
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Support in sending account P/L to various account teams
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
- Prepare WHT and VAT returns
- Payroll processing
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Assist with statutory audits and tax returns
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• SOCPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a real estate or property management environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
