We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead our Sales Executives in promoting Credit Card and Personal Loan products within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Conduct and oversee sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and objections.
- Prepare and submit sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of UAE Banking Sales experience as TL/ATL, with proven experience in managing or handling a team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven sales experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
