Job Title: Full Stack Engineer at Qureos

Position Overview:
As a Full Stack Engineer at Qureos, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product managers to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly, responsive, and scalable web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web development technologies
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and implement them to enhance our products
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
- Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow in their roles

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack web development
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
