Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands on experience in SAP finance model with proven experience and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Job Summary:
Support and maintain the SAP Finance system to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards. Ensure an acceptable standard of Quality Management System is maintained in accordance with recognized working practices and the company’s Quality Manual and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT team members to deliver SAP Finance requirements, developing work program timelines, risk assessments, design documents, and other planning documentation.
- Provide guidance and expertise to team members, particularly in addressing complex, judgmental, and specialized issues related to SAP Finance systems.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex SAP Finance systems, utilizing current IT environment knowledge and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues. Communicate these insights to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and presentations.
- Exhibit strong project management skills, fostering teamwork and accountability among engagement team members, while leveraging current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
- Provide broad functional knowledge of key SAP Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Collaborate with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Build long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally to facilitate collaboration and support.
- Engage with technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, data conversion, and testing.
- Effectively communicate and interact with finance and technology middle management executives to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Understand SAP security and business process concepts, working directly with clients to identify technical issues and elevate them as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits related to SAP Finance, supporting various internal projects and initiatives.
- Deliver facts, analyses, and recommendations clearly and concisely, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
- Manage multiple technically complex projects or engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Foster relationships with all divisions at appropriate levels to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budgets.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Broad functional knowledge of key SAP Finance modules and ERP business processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP security and business process concepts.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and audits related to SAP Finance systems.
