We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, particularly within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. A valid Qatar Driving License is required, along with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee mechanical maintenance activities for various facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure efficient operation of mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions.
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to facilitate seamless maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and spare parts.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the Facilities Management sector.
• Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and other related equipment.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) are mandatory.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in relevant maintenance and safety courses are a plus.
