We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate leads, build strong relationships with potential clients, and ultimately drive sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase our products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, FMCG INDUSTRY,HORECA, Facilities Management or Corporate a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development(B2B), preferably in the hygiene or cleaning industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English and Arabic(Preferred), both written and spoken.
• Valid KSA driving license.
