United Feed Co. is seeking a professional and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a leading agricultural company, we are dedicated to providing quality feed products to our customers. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations
- Prepare and organize reports, documents, and correspondence
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the manager
- Assist with project management and follow up on tasks and deadlines
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, business administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of executives
- Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate work under tight deadlines
