Marketing Manager (Automotive) - Alzayani Investments
Develop marketing plans and budgets while managing dealer marketing, media activities, and product media exposure. Focus on serving individual commercial needs within the markets to enhance segment share, brand awareness, and achieve sales objectives. Strategically plan yearly customer driving events.
Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and implement local marketing & media activities/events.
- Evaluate marketing activities and conduct post-event analysis reports.
- Control event budgets, ensuring limits are not exceeded; prepare monthly reports.
- Acquire prospective customers through events, promote loyalty, and maintain/update the CRM database.
- Maintain and update dealer website content.
- Build and maintain relationships with key local media in coordination with the PR Manager at Ferrari Regional Offices.
- Manage and update social media channels within Ferrari guidelines.
- Define specifics for event execution, including supplier selection and budget management.
- Manage event invitations and select target audiences.
- Ensure all event materials align with corporate identity guidelines.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups and database mining for further opportunities.
- Ensure proper fulfillment of marketing forms and manage customer databases.
- Analyze customer base structure and define the right marketing strategy.
- Coordinate customer communication plans, including waiting lists and after-sales.
- Update CRM leads/customers after each event.
- Develop events and activities based on customer segmentation for maximum engagement.
- Collaborate with the Service department on welcome-back campaigns.
- Ensure all customer documents and communications adhere to corporate identity guidelines.
- Analyze Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results and coordinate action plans with HQ.
- Develop communication tools to promote dealer services, experiences, and Ferrari offerings.
- Coordinate customer complaints management.
- Organize monthly internal meetings with the Sales and After-Sales Service Managers to review CSI scores and action plans.
- Retain and manage digital and social media marketing providers.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, and PPC strategies to acquire new clients.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to retain and engage current clients.
- Develop an annual marketing plan in alignment with Ferrari’s guidelines.
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness in terms of event attendance, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
- Develop partnerships for co-marketing opportunities.
- Support Sales & After-Sales teams with marketing initiatives to achieve commercial targets.
- Measure marketing spend effectiveness and implement best practices.
- Conduct post-event reviews and follow-ups.
- Develop internal training programs for new marketing assistants and on-the-job training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
