Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
* Manage and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
* Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing resources.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
* Problem-solve operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Fluent Arabic (reading, writing and speaking) required.
* Qatar Driving License required
