Alzayani Investments is seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist (Bahraini Candidate) to join our team in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining a positive first impression for our visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and be able to handle a busy and demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
- Send a call back request in case of no answer.
- Greet persons entering organization.
- Direct persons to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Courtesy car filing.
- Maintain Standards of display.
- Sell merchandising and manage display.
- End of day report for accounting.
Qualifications:
- Must be female.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
