Grand Technology is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team in Giza, Egypt. This full-time role is crucial for creating a positive first impression for our visitors and maintaining a smooth and efficient reception area. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely delivery.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and tidy.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
* Assist with travel arrangements and other logistical tasks.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Professional appearance and demeanour.
