Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

A leading private institution in the aesthetic field is looking for a dynamic and polished individual to join our front-of-house and patient support team as a Client Experience & Aesthetic Care Coordinator.

This is a key role for anyone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for beauty and wellness, and wants to be part of a luxury medical environment focused on aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery.

Your Role Will Include:

• Welcoming and guiding clients from their first consultation to post-treatment follow-ups
• Communicating clearly about aesthetic services, surgical procedures, and aftercare protocols
• Coordinating bookings, appointments, and cross-departmental scheduling
• Ensuring a seamless patient experience with exceptional attention to detail
• Managing patient expectations with empathy and professionalism
• Providing luxury-level service and building lasting client relationships
• Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting CRM systems

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• Fluency in English (Arabic strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A background in aesthetic clinics, hospitality, wellness, medical spas, or cosmetic healthcare
• A client-first mindset with an eye for presentation and quality service
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Residency in Bahrain or a valid work visa

المهام الرئيسية:

• استقبال المرضى ومرافقتهم خلال رحلتهم العلاجية التجميلية
• شرح تفاصيل الإجراءات، المتابعة بعد العلاج، والرد على استفسارات المرضى
• تنسيق المواعيد وجدولة الزيارات مع الأقسام الطبية المختلفة
• تقديم خدمة راقية تضاهي المعايير العالمية في الضيافة والرعاية
• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة والعمل على أنظمة إدارة المرضى
• تعزيز تجربة المريض وضمان رضاه في كل مرحلة

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (يفضل إتقان اللغة العربية أيضًا)
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وشخصية ودودة واحترافية
• خبرة سابقة في عيادة تجميل، سبا طبي، فندق فاخر، أو مركز صحي
• حس عالٍ بالتفاصيل والمظهر العام واللباقة
• إقامة سارية في البحرين أو القدرة على الانتقال
