Role Description:

hiring a skilled Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, support internal teams and clients, and maintain the security and performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically strong, and capable of managing both network and server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage company networks and servers
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients
• Manage and maintain call center systems and software
• Ensure data security and regular server/network backups
• Monitor and secure the company's network and server environments
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure uptime and performance
• Implement IT best practices and security protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT administration, networking, and server management
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and network configurations
• Experience managing VoIP or call center systems
• Familiarity with firewalls, backups, and cybersecurity tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills for supporting users and teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience with cloud-based systems and remote support tools
• Knowledge of backup/recovery tools and disaster recovery planning
