The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our staff, maintaining our network infrastructure, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Maintain and administer the company's network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
* Ensure the security of company data through the implementation and maintenance of appropriate security measures.
* Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
* Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact business operations.
* Document IT processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to deliver seamless IT services.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.


Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
* Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
* Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
