AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales professional to join our growing team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by effectively promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
* Contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services.
* Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
* Building rapport and developing long-term relationships with customers.
* Generating and qualifying leads, following up on sales opportunities, and closing deals.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals.
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries effectively.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales-oriented role.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
* Target-driven and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Good understanding of sales principles and techniques.
