Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing team management, with a proven track record in running diverse marketing campaigns.
• Strong strategic planning abilities with a talent for developing both long-term and short-term marketing plans.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams (advertising, content, design, PR, digital marketing).
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and measuring return on investment (ROI).
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and customize plans to meet their specific needs.
• Deep knowledge of various marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Paid Campaigns).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the company in front of clients and strategic partners.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Role Summary
The Marketing Manager leads the company’s marketing efforts both operationally and strategically. This includes building and managing a professional marketing team, delivering innovative solutions to clients, and driving growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the development and execution of client marketing campaigns across various industries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key partners.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors to propose creative strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure the highest possible return on investment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and provide regular reports to senior management and clients.
• Lead continuous team development efforts and foster a creative and motivating work culture.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and marketing forums.
Required Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing or brand management are a plus.
Experience:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in leading a marketing agency.
• Preference for candidates with experience in delivering diverse marketing services to various sectors.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and motivational skills in managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to innovate, solve problems, and make decisions quickly.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools and marketing dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Capability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
