Position Summary:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth within the bonded zone by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on meeting sales targets, promoting the company’s services, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the bonded zone.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client needs and enhance service offerings.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
Communication & Reporting:
• Provide periodic reports on customer satisfaction trends, service performance, and sales impact.
• Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into sales and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between customer service, sales, and marketing.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Commercial Director.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal teams to drive service enhancements and business development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve a minimum sales target as set by the Commercial Director.
- Maintain a client retention rate of at least 85%.
- Ensure timely follow-up on 95% of client inquiries.
- Contribute to achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +40 or higher.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within logistics or bonded zone services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
