Our Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service. The Catering Manager will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Manage and train catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Oversee budget management and cost control measures.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
