Purchasing Reception Specialist - Arabic
Location: Jeddah, KSA (Local Hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Handle purchase reception and verify received goods.
🔹Manage mobile lines, phones, tablets, PTT systems, and satellite devices.
🔹Coordinate phone allocations, employee onboarding setups, renewals, and replacements.
🔹Liaise with mobile service providers to ensure uninterrupted service.
🔹Control and validate invoices from telecom providers.
🔹Review and optimize contracts for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
🔹Maintain accurate asset inventory of all mobile equipment.
Requirements:
🔹At least 2 years of experience in logistics or related fields.
🔹Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
🔹Knowledge of purchasing and asset management processes.
🔹Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
