Procurement & Admin Executive (National Talent)
Responsibilities:
 • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality. 
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records. 
• Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and inventory requirements. 
• Handle office supplies, maintenance, insurance, and service providers. 
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, contracts, and approvals. 
• Support HR with travel, visa, and employee administrative tasks. 
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for procurement and administration. 
Requirements: 
• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
• 1–3 years’ experience in procurement and/or administration preferred. 
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience (Odoo preferred).
