Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and implementing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect our commitment to world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, budget, and functional requirements for the space.
• Develop initial design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and detailed 3D models to present to stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive design plans, including space planning, layout, and utilisation of furnishings and equipment.
• Select and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting, ensuring they align with the project's vision and budget.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, and specifications for contractors and suppliers.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with all parties, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure the timely and successful execution of the design.
• Conduct site visits to ensure the project is progressing according to the design plan and to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, materials, and building regulations.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience as an Interior Designer, supported by a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar applications.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong eye for detail, colour, and materials.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• A thorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently.
