Position Summary:
 

The BIM Coordinator will support the BIM Manager and project teams in developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models for F&B, retail, and commercial projects. This role ensures seamless collaboration across disciplines, accuracy of 3D models, and compliance with company and client BIM standards. Experience working on Middle East projects and familiarity with regional design standards, authority requirements, and fit-out practices will be considered a strong advantage.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. BIM Model Development & Coordination

• Create, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models (architectural, structural, and MEP).

• Coordinate model information between design consultants, engineers, and contractors.

• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks.

• Ensure models are developed to meet project milestones and BIM execution plan (BEP) requirements.
 

2. Project Documentation & Standards Compliance

• Ensure all BIM outputs adhere to company BIM standards, templates, and workflows.

• Support the preparation of drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from BIM models.

• Assist in maintaining model version control and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
 

3. Collaboration & Technical Support

• Work closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure smooth coordination.

• Support consultants and subcontractors in aligning their models with project BIM standards.
