Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing roles.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
  

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in hardcore recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage.
