Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing roles.
- Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in hardcore recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage.
