Product Designer
Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating clean, intuitive user experiences and thrives on contributing to scalable design systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work, where your designs help shape the future of how we build products for machine manufacturers and factories around the world.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design user-friendly features for complex enterprise applications and ensure those designs are consistently integrated into our centralized design system.
What You Will Do
- Design User Experiences: Work on specific product features, creating necessary design artifacts like user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for complex application workflows.
- Contribute to the Design System: Use our Figma design system components with attention to detail. Learn to structure components (using Auto Layout, variants, and properties) to maintain a one-to-one mapping with production code.
- Support Research: Assist in planning and conducting user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to ground your design solutions in real-user needs.
- Ensure Consistency and Clarity: Apply and maintain design standards across various features to transform complex information into clear, usable interfaces.
Bridge Design and Engineering: Partner with developers to ensure the correct
implementation of your designs, helping to check visual and functional consistency
before launch.
- Present and Gather Feedback: Clearly communicate your design decisions and
rationale to teammates and stakeholders, and iterate based on constructive
feedback.
What You Will Bring
- Figma Skills: Proficiency in Figma, with a practical understanding of Auto Layout,
components, and variants. - Experience: 2–3 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing
strong UI/UX work and problem-solving skills, preferably in SaaS or enterprise
applications. - Systems Awareness: An understanding of what a design system is and how to use it effectively. You are interested in how design decisions affect the whole product ecosystem.
- Technical Interest: A willingness to learn the fundamentals of frontend development (e.g., HTML/CSS, React concepts) to improve collaboration with engineers.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and an eagerness to work effectively in a team environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Webflow: Practical experience building production sites using tools like Webflow, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
- Data/Analytics Tools: Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to inform design decisions.
