Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Dubai)

Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,000 per month (maximum) + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by encouraging users to register accounts and actively participate on the platform through chat and inbound/outbound calls.
Promote platform features, offers, bonuses, and benefits to maximize user engagement.
Assist users with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction-related queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (primary and secondary).
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and user activity.
Use Excel for data tracking, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
Deliver persuasive, professional, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Prior telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains will be an added advantage).
Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel (data entry and basic formulas).
Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
