Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for staff-level positions across the assigned countries.
Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines.
Provide support with bid and tendering requirements, including preparing recruitment-related documentation and manpower plans for proposals.
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and adherence to recruitment best practices.
Allocate workloads, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet hiring targets.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, agencies) to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates in the region.
Candidate Management:
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and visa regulations in Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.
Advise on competitive compensation and benefits trends in the region.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
