Job Summary
The Marketing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive client acquisition, and revenue growth for our clinics. This role requires a deep understanding of the beauty and aesthetics industry, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to create and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•Manage and grow our online presence through social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and community collaborations.
•Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
•Analyze marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports to management.
•Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and open houses to attract new clients.
•Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•A minimum of four years of professional experience in a marketing and sales role, with a strong preference for experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry.
•Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
•Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Skills and Competencies
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
•Strong negotiation and closing skills.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
