Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Instagram DMs and WhatsApp
Provide accurate product information (pricing, sizing, fabric, availability, delivery timelines)
Assist customers with product recommendations
Handle order-related inquiries, follow-ups, and basic customer support
Track customer inquiries and report common questions or issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business
Good understanding of brand communication and social media trends
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, digital engagement, brand communication, or a related role
Experience handling Instagram DMs and WhatsApp interactions for a brand or business
Prior experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an added advantage
