Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the effective functioning of daily business activities.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining corporate documents, reports, and records.
Support finance-related tasks such as basic data entry, invoice processing, and document coordination.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Track and follow up on operational deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and improvements.
Help manage schedules, meetings, and communications to streamline team activities.
Handle inquiries, correspondence, and documentation with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications
Previous related experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of basic corporate processes, finance fundamentals, and documentation management.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and systems.
Reliable, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
