We are seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Camp Boss to oversee and manage the overall operations of staff accommodation facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day camp operations, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and promote a comfortable living environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all camp operations, including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance
Ensure camp facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and local regulations
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair and upkeep
Manage camp staff (cleaners, cooks, security, etc.)
Maintain occupancy records and prepare regular reports
Handle employee grievances related to accommodation and welfare
Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and inventory levels
Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations are strictly followed
Liaise with HR and site management regarding camp-related matters
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in camp management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role
Experience managing large workforce accommodations (e.g., 500+ occupants)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
Knowledge of local municipality and labor accommodation regulations
Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control
