We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Engineer to support operations and maintenance activities for a large-scale utility tunnel project. The ideal candidate will oversee MEP systems, ensure safety compliance, and maintain uninterrupted functionality of critical infrastructure within the tunnel network.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) within the utility tunnel.
Monitor performance of power distribution systems, lighting, ventilation, drainage, and fire & life safety systems.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Supervise contractors and maintenance teams on-site.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and asset records.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Support emergency response and incident management activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FM, infrastructure, or utility tunnel projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure maintenance.
Experience working in confined spaces and critical environments is preferred.
Familiarity with CMMS systems.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Added Advantage
LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) Certification – Knowledge of energy isolation procedures and safe maintenance practices will be highly preferred.
