AI Driven Product Manager - Q-Solutions Technology Services

Q Solutions is building AI-native products across industries. We are looking for an AI-Driven Product Manager who understands how to leverage artificial intelligence not just as a feature — but as a core product capability.

This role is designed for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast with AI tools, and can drive products from concept to scalable delivery using an AI-first SDLC approach.

You will be responsible for leading AI-powered product initiatives across research, validation, build, launch, and growth phases.


Key Responsibilities

AI-First Product Strategy

  • Define product vision aligned with AI-native capabilities

  • Identify opportunities where AI can create defensible competitive advantage

  • Translate business problems into AI-driven product solutions

AI SDLC Execution

  • Lead product development using Q Solutions’ AI SDLC framework:

    • Discovery & validation

    • Rapid AI prototyping

    • Data design & workflow automation

    • Iterative deployment & feedback loop

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams for implementation

Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation

  • Use AI tools and no-code platforms to validate ideas quickly

  • Build MVPs using AI APIs, LLM workflows, automation systems

  • Run product experiments and measure performance

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with:

    • Developers

    • AI Engineers

    • Designers

    • Operations

    • Sales

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders

AI Performance Optimization

  • Monitor model performance and user interaction data

  • Improve prompts, workflows, and automation efficiency

  • Ensure ethical and responsible AI implementation

What We’re Looking For


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Experience

  • 2–5 years in Product Management (AI exposure preferred)

  • Experience building SaaS, AI tools, or automation platforms

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, LLM workflows, and APIs

Required Skills

  • AI-native product thinking

  • Strong requirement documentation & PRD writing

  • Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, APIs, embeddings, workflows)

  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)

  • Data-driven decision-making

  • Agile product execution

  • KPI definition & performance tracking
