Call for Freelancers & Production Partners

We are a leading safety training and compliance education company seeking to collaborate with freelance animators, video editors, and animation studios for the production of AI-driven, animated safety training and explainer videos.

This engagement focuses on digital-first video production no live filming required. Partners will work with scripts, safety guidelines, and instructional material to produce scalable, high-quality training content.

Selected freelancers / partners will be responsible for:

  • Creating 2D / 3D animated safety training videos and explainer content

  • Developing storyboards and visual concepts aligned with safety protocols

  • Sourcing and integrating stock footage, AI-generated visuals, and voiceovers

  • Producing videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI video platforms

  • Creating motion graphics, callouts, and explainer animations

  • Adding interactive elements (quizzes, branching scenarios, annotations) where required

  • Managing revisions, timelines, and organized delivery of project assets

  • Ensuring content is mobile-friendly, accessible, and compliance-focused

Video & Animation Expertise

  • Strong experience in long-form video editing

  • 2D Animation tools: After Effects, Adobe Animate, Vyond

  • 3D Animation (as needed): Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya

  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition

AI & Interactive Tools (Preferred)

  • Experience with AI tools such as Runway ML, Synthesia, Pictory, Lumen5

  • Familiarity with interactive learning platforms: Camtasia, PlayPosit, Articulate Storyline, Edpuzzle

Instructional Mindset

  • Ability to simplify complex safety procedures into clear visual narratives

  • Understanding of adult learning and compliance-driven content

  • Interest in technology, AI, and future-focused digital learning formats

Engagement Model

  • Project-based / Milestone-based delivery

  • Freelancers, small teams, and animation studios welcome
